Goal - To enable you to become a facilitator to conduct Climate Fresk for Cricket workshop in your respective country/ region/ clubs.

Audience - Someone associated with Cricket as Fans, Umpires, Groundskeeper, Stewards, Cricket Club Administrators, Safeguarding officers, etc anywhere in the world.

Join Sam Baker and me for an interactive workshop that combines climate education with the love of cricket! Climate Fresk brings together 42 cards to help you understand climate change in a fun and engaging way. Whether you want to test, deepen, or share your climate knowledge, this workshop is for you!

The Climate Fresk is a unique experience that offers three key elements. It serves as an educational tool, an NGO based in France, and an international volunteer movement. With this workshop, you'll embark on a journey of collective intelligence as you explore the cause-effect relationships between different components of climate change.

Here's what you can expect:

✅ Brief History: Get a glimpse into the origins of The Climate Fresk in just 5 minutes.

✅ Icebreaker: Connect with fellow participants and create a positive atmosphere in a quick 10-minute activity.

✅ Building the Climate Fresk: Engage in a 90-minute session of creativity, emotions, and problem-solving discussions. Together, we'll explore the causes, consequences, and functioning of the climate system.

✅ Sharing and Solution-oriented Discussion: Spend 60 minutes sharing insights, discussing potential solutions, and inspiring action.

Duration: An absolutely worthwhile three hours of immersive learning and collaboration.

The Climate Fresk provides a sneak peek into the UN-backed and Nobel Peace Prize-winning IPCC report. It offers a condensed yet comprehensive understanding of climate change, suitable for both beginners and experts. Many participants, inspired and empowered, go on to become facilitators themselves, fostering a worldwide community. Today, we have local Climate Fresk Hubs in over 50 countries and have translated the workshop into more than 45 languages.
